Use Case title: Organizing a grid educational center

Short description: In order to promote and to disseminate the knowledge about the Grid-technologies and their practical deployment we are planning to organize the Ukrainian Grid educational center (or centers) with the tutorials for beginners and entry-level programmers who are going to work in the new Grid-cites. Any assistance of international experts (including their visits to Ukraine) and EGI could be very efficient and will be greatly appreciated.
