Use Case title: Joining the grid

Prerequisites:

Membership of one of the research or educational institution in Ukraine (like university, academic institute, enterprise, etc) which signed UNGI Memorandum and has a host sertificate. This requirement depends on the Public Key Infrastructure policy.
At least a basic knowledge and understanding of the Grid technology on the user level and understanding of the way of Grid usage in order to resolve particular user task or problem as well as an agreement with the rules of resource usage within and outside the UNGI. However it should be a responsibility of the institution where an user is working.

Nowadays here is an understanding and agreement with the rules of usage resources in the Ukrainian NGI.

Official registration procedure consists of:

The official request from the subscriber in which he/she describes the needs and way of resolving (with Grid technology) his/her current problems or tasks. The request contains the approximate estimate of resource needs and all contact information. The request should be signed by the organization in which the subscriber makes his/her work.
The subscriber should read and sign the documents which declare his/her understanding and agreement with rules of Grid infrastructure usage.
The subscriber should get the certificate from Ukrainian Certification Authority or one of the Registration Authorities as it is described by the current Certificate Policy and Certification Practice Statement.

We adhere that any user should be connected with the Grid-net rather through its NGI than via a global registration pointer.
