Use Case title: User accesses SM-PSE
Short description: The process of accessing SM-PSE portal
Actors involved: User
Pre-conditions: User has a valid certificate and can access UI and portal
Steps:
- User logs into the portal
- User downloads a temporary proxy certificate from a server into the portal
- User defines configurations for model generation in the editor, or upload the prepared ones through portal to the infrastructure
- start the model generation and validation computation
Projects involved: SM-PSE
Middleware: Globus Toolkit 4, MEDIgRID middleware, gLite
Applications: muscle cell modeling and validation
