Use Case title: Single user with no VO assignment needs to enter the Grid
Short description: A new user with no link to existing VO requests resource allocation
Actors involved: RC and VO administrators
Related requirement: A new user requires access to Grid resources
Pre-conditions: A sort of temporary or incubator non-production VO, e.g. VOCE
Steps:
- CA response
- incubator VO assignment
Post-conditions (optional): Creation of appropriate VO in certain timeframe, e.g. 1 month
