Use Case title: Implementation of new data analysis and knowledge discovery services

Short description: Implementation of new data analysis and knowledge discovery services in a way that is compliant with the service oriented and grid enabled character of ACGT. This involves the registration of this new service in the Grid and the ACGT specific registries, accompanied with the descriptive metadata about the service’s functionality, security policies and restrictions, input and output data types and file formats, etc. It also requires the installation of the necessary software in the ACGT grid nodes if the new service is implemented so as to use the “job submission” mechanisms of Grid for the efficient execution of its tasks.
