Use Case title: Introducing a new data providing source to the ACGT

Short description: Introducing a new data providing source to the ACGT to become part of it. This necessitates the realization of a pseudonymization process that eliminates every person identifiers from the data while preserving the possibility of linking data that belong to the same patient. It also requires the provision of the necessary metadata that will allow the retrieval of information from the new data source through the ACGT semantic mediator, which is the component responsible for performing distributed queries in the whole ACGT abiding of course by the VO authorization policies.
