Use Case title: Communication with a VO - contacting VO managers

Short description: a site needs to contact the VO managers for following cases:

  • the site has a security problem which involves one or more users of one or more VOs
  • the site is going to change the execution environment for one or more VOs (e. g. version change of the operating system, compiler change etc.)

Actors involved: VO managers, site manager or site administrator
