Use Case title: User management within the grid environment

Short description: New group of users wants to join the Grid (all members of the group are legitimate employees of a specific organization with its own authentication system). Will it be necessary for all members of this group to obtain certificates from a renowned certification authority? How and with who can be negotiated the interconnection of the local authentication system with the authentication system inside the grid infrastructure? Will there be any support through federations and who will decide about acceptance of new IdP (Identity Provider)?
